Disappointment
Dear Sec 2s,
I'm totally disappointed in all of you.
You guys are already Year 2s.
Yet, you guys lack so many stuff. I'll list everything that you guys need to work on.
1. Self-Discipline
2. Initiative
3. Teamwork
4. Concern
5. Attitude
I'm really disappointed in you guys. Why can't you guys prove us wrong?
Your batch is a keen to learn batch, but yet, why do you all lack so many IMPORTANT ATTRIBUTES?
Is it truly my fault that you guys ended up like that? Or is it that you guys refuse to adapt to changes, and believing that I would be like Staff Brendan?
Sadly to tell you, I'm NOT Brendan No. 2.
You guys have to wake up your idea and face it, you're experiencing a new batch of NCOs, you have to face the changes and adapt to it.
You guys should face up to it and stop being over dependent on the previous batch of NCOs. Also, you guys should face up to the fact that camp CANNOT provide good food like: Scrambled eggs, Sausages, Pancakes .
You might think I'm talking nonsense. Why don't you think in OUR shoes? You seriously think being a NCO is easy? On top of that, do you honestly that you're living up to your expectation? Your Staff Brendan's expectation?
I can tell you HONESTLY that we NCOs'10 are doing our best to ensure you guys learn and become good leaders in the year ahead. Unfortunately, you're not proving it to us. We are absolutely DISAPPOINTED in you guys.
If you're unhappy with anything, you can always feedback to Edmund / Eugene / Me.
However, I'd say you guys are not living up to the standard of being a NCO. Do you seriously think you guys are doing well? I doubt so. If I'm wrong, PROVE me wrong then. You guys are going to do what the Sec 1s are doing as you guys have totally proved the NCOs that you guys are not capable of proceeding on. If you do want to proceed on, PROVE it to us then.
Hence, I would like you guys to do 2 REFLECTION .
1. Camp Reflection And Personal Sentiment ( Min 500 words )
Tell me what you don't like about the BNCO camp, and what did you learn and benefit from the camp. Give me your HONEST reflection.
2. Personal Reflection ( Min 600 words )
Tell me what you think of your own batch's behavior and what you want to achieve in 2010 as a SJAB Cadet. Tell me what you expect of the NCOs'10. Also, tell me how you guys can improve and progress together as a batch.
All Reflection are to be handed up by Friday, 02/07/10 , by 9pm LATEST.
All are to email it to me: wenboy95@hotmail.com
Failure to do so, will be severely punished.

RE: MOI & OOA
Dear Sec 2s,
With regards to MOI, You are to:
1. Prepare Your Lesson Plan
2. Print Your Lesson Plan
3. Bring Your Lesson Plan To BNCO Camp
I'm sure you guys know how to do a MOI, it's pretty simple.
Your MOI topic is : static drills, so make sure you know what drills can be executed and what cannot be. Also, sizing drill is allowed for this MOI assessment. You would have to execute all 5 commands to complete the sizing.
EDIT: You have to plan for a 15 minute MOI Lesson .
If you need the MOI template, please add me at wenboy95@hotmail.com and request for the MOI template.
If you need help / guidance with regards to MOI, please ask any of your seniors, we're here to help you.
With regards to OOA, You are to:
1. Come up with a proposal by Sunday, 6pm. Send it to your OOA NCO or send it to me directly. Kindly attach your logistics list with your budget list to your proposal.
2. Either the OOA NCOs / me will get back to you ASAP with regards to your proposal and what requires amendments.
3. Prepare for the OOA and make sure that everyone in the section knows what the OOA is about as you are going to execute the OOA during BNCO camp.
4. Print at least 2 copy of your proposal as you will be having an OOA presentation where you will present your OOA to the camp & the NCOs.
5. Prepare all the logistics needed and instruct all your section mates on what to do during the execution of the OOA itself.
There is no template for OOA so you'll have to come up with one yourself.
If you need help with your OOA, please consult your OOA NCOs.
EDIT 2: The lesson plan is 1 per person , and the proposal is 1 per section.
Have Fun Planning! (:
