orly.
so, quick debrief.
good job everybody on surviving the camp, by no means i can declare it is a slack camp. you did good. espiecially sec 2s, you all did me proud. at least never throw our face. well, next training, you are going to decide what you are all going to be doing.
as future NCOs, you must know what your cadets and juniors are weak in, what they should do, what they should train. so, you are going to decide what the year 2s are going to be doing next training, which is on friday. more information will be disseminated by then. please also be reminded that there MIGHT BE wednesday training.
also remember bring your MOIs
to sec 1s, to be honest, i didnt really expected a relatively high standard. however, you proved me wrong. discipline was maintained generally throughout the camp, although there are some areas to work on, i can say that i'm satisfied with your general performance.
also, please train up on your physical state. during the camp, i noticed that some of you are dying. this should not be the case.
overall, i believe that the objective of this camp has been achieved. if you are still unclear of the objective of this camp, then, i'm sorry to say, you have wasted both of our time.
please be reminded that there is WALKATHON this sunday.
also that attendance is counted in CAA, or so i heard, so please turn up.
Internal Note : To all NCOs, there will be a general meeting this wednesday at the store, 2.30pm. please do not go for your lunch first or i will personally spank you with a splint.
