Training tmr as usual. Fall in at track by 2.30 PM.
Sec 1:
Attire - Pt Kit, IMPORTANT CPR lesson tmr
Sec 2s and 3s:
Attire - Half-uniform and pt kit
Sec 2s will be attending foot drill session and pt&games.
Anyone who skip tmr training without reason shall owe me 200 push ups.
