Flag Day Grouping and Instruction

Everyone is to follow the grouping and report at the respective mrt station at 6.30am

Attire for flag day is pt kit

Everyone must take note of their behavior,no one is suppose to collect donations inside any mrt stations or shopping mall but outside it is acceptable

IC will take attendance at 6.30am and send the attendance to me through sms

If anyone comes late or leave early,ic must be informed,then ic will inform me of the name and time

Tin must be given to the ic if anyone is to leave early

Anyone who is not able to go for the flag day must still give the tin to the ic if they collected one or if their name is included inside the grouping list,all tins must have donations collected

If anyone faces difficulties,inform the ic immediately and then the ic will try to resolve the problem,if not,the ic will contact Mdm Ng

Report back to school latest by 4.30pm together as a group
