ppl in contigent:
rmb this fri fall in in full uniform by 6.30am.
Uniform MUST BE IN TIP TOP condition, shirt ironed, boots pilshed,etc.(ANYONE THAT FAIL TO DO SO will run 2.4km before the parade)
for reserves, fall in in watever attire u want to wear for tat day, but bring ur full uniform along in tip top condition. So if we ned to put anyone in the contigent, we will ask u to change.=)
First aider:
FAll in same time(6.30am), uniform tip top condition.

Must i fall in? i still have cough. lol. i reserve, but didnt come for fri, mon training because i sick. How?
